some rugby rules

Object.

The object of the game of Touch is for each team to score touchdowns and to prevent the opposition from scoring. (ps. Sounds so obvious, but is important!)

Duration. The match is 45 mins duration, consisting of 2 twenty minute halves. There is a 5 minute halftime break. The duration may only be extended for exceptional circumstances. (This is for official case, for us, we can decide the duration)

End of Play. When time expires play is to continue until the ball next becomes dead. Should a penalty be awarded during this period, the penalty is to be taken

Scoring. A touchdown is awarded when a player(without being touched and other than the half) places the ball on the ground on or over the team's attacking scoreline and within the boundaries of the Touchdown Zone. A touchdown is worth 1 point.

Onside means in a position whereby a player may legitimately become involved with play.

Offside means in a position forward of the ball for an attacking player and in a position liable to penalty for a defending player.

Offside in defence by not retreating the 5 meters or 10 meters (whichever is appropriate) before making a touch on an attacking player. When offenders kick off the ball, the defenders should stand after the judge(which is retreating the 5 meters or 10 meters) or you will be offside. If you touch the player when offside, it does not count and you will get penalty from the judge.

There are 3 situations for penalty:

1. Forward Pass
2.Touch and Pass

3.Dead Ball or Ball Drop

Onside 代表一個等候上場的球員。

3種情況會被罰penalty:

1. 向前或橫向傳球
2.
被防守球員Touch 後傳球
3.
傳球失誤,球落地。

The origin of massage

What is massage? According to Webster Dictionary, massage is
"manipulation of tissues (as by rubbing, kneading, or tapping) with
the hand or an instrument for therapeutic purposes"

Although massage shop is almost everywhere on the street, it
originally came from hospitals due to its therapeutic purpose.

Most people think massage origins from the age of Ayurveda in
India,
2nd BC. However, the earliest massage found in history is actually in
China. The origins of massage are found in China in 2700 B.C. where
the first documentation of massage is found. The text is called "The
Yellow Emperor's Classic Book of Internal Medicine.

Betray

I still remember that day. She came home in the evening and acted as usual, except her smile fell away. She dwelled on what had happened in the MRT station, about a story of betraying by her man and her friend.

“Why don’t you cry?” I asked. She could not tell the reason but felt and powerless and speechless. This was not the first time the man did to her.

The memory came up in my mind, in the raining afternoon of Taipei.

my favorite sport--RUGBY

I think I'm a blessed person, in every aspect. What I want, I get, with the help of the different creatures of the world. The more I live, the more I am grateful for my experiences in Hong Kong and India. And I'm so happy that I learned many sports in Hong Kong, including my favorite one—RUGBY.

Unfortunately, there are very few people who play rugby in Taiwan. It is actually a very exciting sport which requires excellent physical strength, wrestling skill and speed. All these elements blend into a beautiful scene.

Growing up in Taiwan, I'd never had the chance to experience rugby, although there was actually a rugby team in my school. I just ignored it.

Not until after I went to Hong Kong did I start learning the sport. It was 2005 Rugby 7's World Cup in Happy Valley. Working with the media, I got the ticket to get in to watch the game for free. To my surprised, Taiwan was on the competition list.

I remember that I was so excited to hear Taiwan was playing in the World Cup so I called the Taiwan Embassy Office which disguised as a travel agency because of political issue with China.

“Do you have the national flag of Taiwan? I want to bring it to the stadium to cheer for Taiwan's team,” I asked the officer over the phone unable to conceal my excitement. “Well, you are not allowed to do that since you are standing on the territory of China now,” the officer replied.

Yes, I totally forgot that waving Taiwanese national flag in Hong Kong could cause unnecessary disputation. So I gave up.

This is just a harmless interlude of my rugby story.

Watching those 3 days of World Cup competition was how first experienced rugby— who could have had a better experience? Learning a sport from a world cup?

Hong Kong was packed with party animals those days. Almost every person in the stadium had a bottle of beer in their hand. There was even a party going on for people in the South stand.

Chinese Taipei beat Italy was another surprise for me. Well, we are far way from Italy when talking about soccer, but about rugby? Yes, we were proved to be better. Hehe…My female boss, Rosenna was another person who inspired my rugby passion. She joined a female rugby team at that time and she seemed always so energetic and fearless.

After coming back from Taipei, I joined a girls’ touch rugby team as well—it's called Shebabs. Until now, it's been a year since I joined the team. I'm glad that my passion for rugby is still going on strong. It's so fascinating, especially when watching the NZ Hakka dance
.( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwN_0YMr2nI)

I think I will marry someone who can do that dance. AAH UBA!
